Controlling Projectors (Administrators and Operators Only)

You can control a projector by using Epson Projector Management Connected. Acquire the latest projector status before performing control.

  1. Log in to Epson Projector Management Connected.

  2. Click Device Information on the home screen.

  3. Click the Details tab.

  4. Click .

    The Control screen is displayed.
  5. Select the projector for which you want to check the latest status. You can also select multiple projectors or all projectors by selecting the checkboxes as necessary.

  6. Click Sync.

    Communicate with the selected projector and acquire its latest status.

    Only projectors with a Communication Status that indicates Controllable can be controlled.

  7. Select the projector you want to control, and then click Control Settings.

    The status in the Control Command Status column indicates if sending the command has succeeded or failed. It does not indicate if control has succeeded or failed.

  8. Select the operation you want to perform.

    • Power: Turns the projector on or off.

    • A/V Mute: Turns the projector's A/V Mute or Shutter feature on or off.

    • Source: Switches the projector's input source.

  9. Click Execute.

    The command for control is sent.
  10. Click OK to close the Control screen.

  11. Check the projector status information shown in Power, A/V Mute, and Source after the operation.
