Installing the Epson Projector Connected Agent Software

Download and install the Epson Projector Connected Agent software on your computer.

  • You need administrator authority to install the Epson Projector Connected Agent software.

  • The Epson Projector Management software cannot be started if the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed on the same computer. We recommend using a computer that does not have the Epson Projector Management software installed.

  • If other applications are running on the computer being used for monitoring, the performance of those applications may be affected.

  • If the following components have already been installed, the Epson Projector Connected Agent installation might fail.

    • Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime

    • Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

    Uninstall them before installing the Epson Projector Connected Agent software. To uninstall the components, select Start, Settings, and then select Apps.

  1. Log in to Epson Projector Management Connected.

  2. Click the My Account icon on the Epson Projector Management Connected home screen.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Download the Epson Projector Connected Agent installer and the environmental setup file.

    You will use the environmental setup file when configuring the Epson Projector Connected Agent software.

    Be careful not to disclose the contents of this file to third parties, as they could use it to register your organization.

  5. Double-click the downloaded installer to start installation.

    While installing the software, you may need to install additional components and restart the computer.

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
