A Data Acquisition Error occurs when a communication error has continued for more than a day between the following communication paths:
Between the Internet and the projector
Between the projector and the computer on which the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed
When the projector's status is Data Acquisition Error in Epson Projector Management Connected, try the following solutions.
Make sure the computer on which the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed is running and connects to the network. Set the computer so that it does not sleep or hibernate.
Make sure the service for the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is running on your computer. You can check if the service is running from the Services tab in Task Manager.
Make sure the external devices used for the network connection is turned on and connected to the network correctly.
Make sure the projector is registered to the Epson Projector Connected Agent software.
Restart the computer on which the Epson Projector Connected Agent is installed. Next, uninstall the Epson Projector Connected Agent from your computer, and then install the latest version of the software. (You can download the latest version of the Epson Projector Connected Agent software by clicking Download in the Application area on the My Account screen in Epson Projector Management Connected.)
After installing the Epson Projector Connected Agent software, clear the Application Auto-update Time check box in Environment Setup from the File menu on the Epson Projector Connected Agent main screen.

Make sure the external devices used for the network connection is turned on and connected to the network correctly.
To monitor projectors even when they are in standby mode (when the power is off), see the following for the necessary settings for your model.

Make sure the power supply is connected to the projector.
Connect the network cable securely.
Just by deleting a projector from the Epson Projector Connected Agent software or selecting Off as the EPMC Monitoring Control setting in the projector's menu, the projector's old data is not deleted from the Epson Projector Management Connected screen. The deleted projector will continue to be displayed with the status Data Acquisition Error.
To delete the projector from the Epson Projector Management
Connected screen, click

Device List Management, and
select the projector and then click
