A TCP Connection Error occurs when a communication error has occurred between the projector and the computer on which the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed.
When the projector's status is TCP Connection Error in Epson Projector Management Connected, try the following solutions.
To monitor projectors even when they are in standby mode (when the power is off), see the following for the necessary settings for your model.

Make sure the power supply is connected to the projector.
Connect the network cable securely.
Make sure the external devices used for the network connection is turned on and connected to the network correctly.
