The Epson Projector Connected Agent software communicates between projectors and the Epson Projector Management Connected cloud server. You must install the Epson Projector Connected Agent software on the computer that will be used for monitoring.
You can monitor up to 2000 projectors using the Epson Projector Connected Agent software installed on one computer.

You need administrator authority to install the Epson Projector Connected Agent software.
The Epson Projector Management software cannot be started if the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed on the same computer. We recommend using a computer that does not have the Epson Projector Management software installed.
If the computer being used for monitoring enters sleep or hibernation, the projector cannot be monitored and controlled. Set the computer so that it does not sleep or hibernate.
Depending on the computer you are using, it may enter sleep mode regardless of the power setting.
