Solutions When the Date and Time Displayed on the Service are Incorrect

Try these solutions if the date and time of the error or warning displayed in Epson Projector Management Connected are incorrect.

  • Make sure that you set the time zone correctly in Epson Projector Management Connected. The date and time displayed in Epson Projector Management Connected are based on the time zone setting on the My Account screen.

  • Make sure that you also set the time on the projector correctly. If the time zone of the projector and the service do not match, you cannot acquire the correct error or warning time on your service.

  • When daylight saving time ends, the display order of the logs acquired when the time switches may be incorrect.
