Solutions When You Cannot Monitor or Control the Projector

Try these solutions when you cannot monitor or control the projectors.

Make sure the computer on which the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed is running. Set the computer so that it does not sleep or hibernate.
Make sure the projector is turned on and connected to the network correctly.
To monitor projectors even when they are in standby mode (when the power is off), see the following for the necessary settings for your model.

Also select the correct Port setting, if necessary.
Make sure the projector you want to monitor or control is registered to the Epson Projector Connected Agent software.
Turn off the DHCP settings for your projector. If you turn on the DHCP settings, the projector's IP address changes automatically and the Epson Projector Connected Agent software may not be able to search for the registered projector.
