When you cannot find the projector over a network using a wired connection, try the following solutions. If you cannot resolve the problem, contact your network administrator.
Connect the network cable securely.
Use a commercially available 100BASE-TX or 10BASE-T LAN cable.
To prevent malfunctions, use a category 5 or higher shielded LAN cable.
Check the projector's network settings.
Set the IP address, the subnet mask, and the gateway address for the projector correctly.
Close the network settings menu on the projector.
Check the computer's network settings.
Enable LAN settings on your computer.
Turn off the firewall. If you do not want to turn it off, register the firewall as an exception. Make the necessary settings to open the port. For details on port information, see the Security White Paper from the top page of Epson Projector Management Connected.
Make sure the computer on which the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed is running. Set the computer so that it does not sleep or hibernate.
