If you do not receive an email alerting you to problems with a projector over the network, try the following solutions:
Make sure the computer on which the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is installed is running. Set the computer so that it does not sleep or hibernate.
Make sure the projector is turned on and connected to the network correctly. (If a critical problem causes a projector to shut down, you may not receive an email alert.)
To monitor projectors even when they are in standby mode (when the power is off), see the following for the necessary settings for your model.

Also select the correct Port setting, if necessary.
Make sure your electrical outlet or power source is functioning correctly.
To send a test email to check that the email notification function is operating correctly, right-click a projector for which notification settings are enabled on the Epson Projector Connected Agent main screen, select Send from the displayed menu, and then select Event Check Log. If you do not receive the test email, check the email notification settings in Epson Projector Management Connected.
