To start using the Epson Projector Connected Agent software, you must import the environmental setup file to certify the organization ID.
Select Start, and then select Epson Projector Connected Agent on your Windows computer.
Right-click EPMC_Agent, select More, and then select Run as administrator.
Select File.
Select Environment Setup.
Select any necessary settings.

Click Select to import the environmental setup file. You can download the file from the My Account screen in Epson Projector Management Connected. The file extension is .xml. |

Enter the IP address if you are using a proxy server. |

Enter the port number if you are using a proxy server. You can enter only integers. |

Enter the user name if you are using a proxy server that requires authentication. |

Enter the password if you are using a proxy server that requires authentication. |
Ask your network administrator whether you need to use a proxy server, and if so, request your IP address or port number.
The proxy authentication method supports Basic authentication.
Click OK.
If the error message Cannot communicate with the server. is displayed, try the following solutions.
Check the Internet connection, Environment Setup settings, and proxy server settings.
Try restarting your computer.
Make sure the service for the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is running on your computer. You can check if the service is running from the Services tab in Task Manager.
