Registering to the Service (Administrators Only)

You must have an Epson Global ID to use Epson Projector Management Connected. When using Epson Projector Management Connected for the first time, follow these instructions to register your ID with the service.

You will create a new organization and add it to the service during this procedure. Administrators can invite members to the added organization.

If you do not have an Epson Global ID, follow the steps below to create a new ID.

  1. Access the top page of Epson Projector Management Connected.

  2. Click Sign Up for Service.

    Even if you have an Epson Global ID, select Sign Up for Service as you need to register to the service for the first time. After signing up, you can log in to Epson Projector Management Connected using your existing ID.

  3. Enter your email address and organization name, and then click Sign Up.

    A screen is displayed showing you that your application is complete, and you will receive an invitation by email.

    If you do not receive the email, check if it has been filtered into your spam folder. The email domain name is "@projection-service.epson.com".

  4. Click the URL in the email.

    The license agreement screen opens in your web browser.
  5. Agree to the terms, and then click Next.

    The Epson Global ID creation screen is displayed.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

After logging in, the administrator needs to set up the Epson Projector Connected Agent software to start monitoring projectors using Epson Projector Management Connected.

You can acquire the Epson Projector Connected Agent software from the My Account screen of Epson Projector Management Connected.
