Device Information Screen

When you select Device Information on the Epson Projector Management Connected home screen, the following screen is displayed. You can check the status of registered projectors as a summary or in detail.

Overview tab

	Overview/Details tab	Switches to the Overview and Details tabs.
	Status view	Displays the status of all registered projectors using four indicators. : The projectors are in normal status. : The projectors are in warning status. : The projectors are in error status. : A data acquisition error has occurred. Click the status to display only projectors with the selected status.
	Group view	Displays the group to which the projectors are registered. Click the group name to display only projectors in the selected group.
	Remaining days (Epson Projector Management Connected Pro only)	Displays the number of projectors whose filters will need maintenance within the next 180 days.
	Overview Information	Displays information for the top few projectors. To see information on all of the projectors, click the title of the target information to move to the next screen. Click to return to the previous screen.

Details tab

	Device List Management (Administrators only)	Switches to edit mode. You can create, delete, and move groups, and change group names. : Creates a new group. : Deletes a group. You can register a projector to the group by dragging and dropping the projector. You can also delete a projector by selecting the projector and clicking . Click OK to close edit mode. When deleting a projector, do one of the following. Once deleted, it cannot be restored. When using the Epson Projector Connected Agent software, delete the projector from the Epson Projector Connected Agent software. When not using the Epson Projector Connected Agent software, set EPMC Monitoring Control to Off in the projector's menu or Epson Web Control. When you log in to Epson Projector Management Connected on a smartphone, this button is not available.
	Projector list area	Displays a list of projectors registered to the Epson Projector Connected Agent software. You can check the status of each projector in the list. When you click , detailed information on each projector is displayed. Click to collapse the information. When you click on a row, you will be redirected to the detailed information screen for that projector. This screen consists of the following tabs: Product Info.: Displays the projector's information and status. Status History: Allows you to check errors that occur while the Epson Projector Connected Agent software is running. Usage History: Displays a graph of the number of hours the projector has been used. Service Info.: Displays the maintenance information. (Epson Projector Management Connected Pro only) Click to return to the previous screen. You can only check the data for the last year.
	Control	Switches to control mode. You can select projector control settings.
	Refresh	Updates to the latest database information. The current status of the projector might not be reflected in the database information.
