You can perform pen calibration remotely.
You must have the Interactive Pen Calibration permission.
When performing pen calibration remotely, an operator needs to be on site to prepare the environment for calibrating and check the calibration results.
The pen calibration results are not displayed in Epson Projector Management Connected Pro. If the calibration fails, an email is sent.
In the following cases, calibrate on site manually. See your projector's Installation Guide for details.
If remote pen calibration fails
If the cursor location and pen position do not match even if the calibration succeeds.
Click Device Information on the home screen.
Click the Details tab.
Select the projector for which you want to perform pen calibration.
Click
.
Select Interactive Pen Calibration.
Click Execute.
Click OK to close the Control screen.
